1 Microsoft Word tip that will save you 30 minutes

If you are frequently cutting and pasting article from Word (or any other text editor) into your Content Management System you may have to grapple with uniform spacing.

After every sentence, some place two spaces after a period some place one. This can lead to ugly looking paragraphs. To quickly fix this in MS Word:

Hit Control+F and you will be greated with a screen like this:Screen Shot of MS Word

Click on the Replace tab, on the “Find What” field enter two spaces. On “Replace with” enter one space. Click”Replace All”.

While I’m not too familiar with other text editors they should have a similar function if they are worth using.
