People love succinct and scannable information. We are gravitating to formats that do not require us to click through and consume paragraphs of prose.

When writing stories for Technically Philly, I usually want to skip the narrative of the article and just list a bunch of data points. Not every “story” needs hundred of words of prose. When will journalists and readers get away from the article as the standard means to convey information in a publication?
